When editing the rough cut for my music video "Hate This Part Right Here," we decided that during our performance scenes, we wanted to work out each individual beat of the chorus and mark it out in order for us to have a better chance of editing the footage sufficiently Additionally, by marking out the beat in the chorus it allows us to edit the scenes and move them around each time the beat changes throughout the course of the song. Below is a screenshot of the markers that we have used across our performance footage on final cut express.
